VOLUNTEER
Volunteers help non-profit organizations of all
types succeed in accomplishing their mission. A small amount of a
volunteer’s time, along with their enthusiasm, makes a big difference in
what an organization can achieve.
Did you know that:

More than 1 million North Carolinians –
nearly 1 of every 8 citizens – is an active arts supporter, member or
volunteer.

There were 124,209 cultural volunteers in
North Carolina last year—equivalent to the work of 4,237 additional full
time employees.

Cultural volunteers in North Carolina
donate between one day and two weeks annually. The economic equivalent
of this work is $131,034,421.

The Creative Art Exchange welcomes
volunteers who have an interest in the arts and who want to share that with
others.
Flexible schedules can be accommodated.
Creative Art Exchange Gallery
Responsibilities/Duties:

Receive calls, answer questions.

Register students for class.
-
Make calls for class reminders.
-
Assist with event hospitality, set-up and breakdown.
Qualifications:
Volunteers must be knowledgeable about the mission and services of Creative Art Exchange, and be personable and genuinely interested in the prosperity of
Creative Art Exchange and its viability in the North Mecklenburg community.
Commitment Required:
Flexible, based on volunteer availability, but ideally 2-4 hours per
week.
